Supreme Court dismisses PIL challenging Darwin theory of evolution & Einstein's equation of relativity

The court stated that if the petitioner believes these theories are wrong, it is not within the court's jurisdiction to address the issue. The petitioner wanted a platform to present arguments against these theories, but the court advised him to develop and propagate his own theory instead.
